We will ship your order within 1 business day of when payment is received, with most orders being shipped on the same day payment is received if the order is placed before 5:00 PM EST. All orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail. We do not attempt to make money on shipping & handling, therefore your shipping charges will reflect exactly what it costs us to mail your items to you.
For exact shipping charges, please add all items to our online shopping cart, select your location, and press the 'update cart' button. Your exact shipping charges (and any applicable taxes) will be displayed just above the total order cost.
All CDs are shrink-wrapped and are mailed in form-fitted CD mailers. We do everything possible to ensure that the CD arrives at your doorstep in exactly the same condition as when it leaves our hands. In the rare event that a CD is damaged in shipping, our return policy states that we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

If you don't like any of our sounds after trying them for at least two weeks, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund your money - no questions asked.
If you purchased a CD, just mail it back. And, if you purchased a Downloadable MP3, simply delete the file, and destroy any CDs that you burned with them. Once we get the CD back, or your word that you deleted any Downloadable MP3 files that you bought, we'll process your refund immediately.
